30 Minute Fit Classes

Our fit program allows you to work out in a friendly and supportive environment. I have over 30 years in fitness training and now with the help of Andrea and her background in fitness and dance we have put together an exciting exercise program to help you lose weight, get in shape and feel great about yourself.

30 minute fit is right for all ages. The exercises are a combination of martial arts, cardio and strength training that you can do without any partnering up and no extra equipment is needed.  It is a half hour program which includes core and strength training along with cardio and stretching.

 

You do not need to be in shape to come and workout with us.  That’s what we are there for.  Let us help you get in shape.  You don’t need to be a dancer or a martial artist.  You just need to have the want to better yourself and get healthier. It’s only 30 minutes a night, three nights a week.  So record your evening TV series, gather up some friends or just come alone and make some new ones. The worst thing that will happen is that you realize that it’s not for you, but at least you tried. And that is a start to a healthier lifestyle.
